What version is installed in Settings > System > About? If less than Version 1903 then I would manually upgrade to the latest version 1903 by opening the Media Creation Tool from this link. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Guardian Moderator here to help you. So it can't be possible So I'm 100% that the PC is not the problem. Now take a look to the “Video Memory” is in the half of the bar.Īnd this picture is from the loading screen. So no has sense and makes the game almost unplayable for the lag and I'm talking about the offline I only can play it with “Normal” or “Low” quality with 17 - 28 FPS. The game that I should be able to play in “High” quality with 60 FPS or even more. The Drivers of Nvidia are up to date so that's not the problem. But the problem here is that I can't do that because when I bought this Pc it was already with this Windows 10 and the “problem” I saw people solving the issue with restoring the Windows to the oneīefore the 10 with that update. I heard something about a Windows Update and something about Windows 10 that make the FPS go low. The Pc is good, it should be able to run that kind of games in “High” Quality. I play Forza 5 on 1440p - 5900X - 3080Ti - Extreme settings (with RT) and have constantly between 110 and 130 FPS.So. These modern games lack in PC and CPU Optimization so if you have a nice GPU like the 3080 you also need a newer CPU to run high FPS. I upgrade to a Ryzen 9 5900X and I have permanently 99% GPU Usage and 2x the FPS I had before. I started benchmarking many many games, then I saw that some times the GPU Usage went from 90% to 50%. I had many problems and much less FPS than i expected and which I saw in benchmarks. FPS maintained 100 for half and hour then it's back dropping to 50 every 10 seconds. As soon as I speed up in that car framerate drops below 50 which is not even playable. Weirdly this is especially bad when driving the WP Taycan S. I'm getting less than half of the fps compared to FH4 (60 compared to 140) and MANY sudden stutters during free roam and races. I ended up playing with some of the graphic settings a bit and turned down everything but environment textures and reflection quality to ultra and left MSAA at 8x.
I haven't had any issues installing it or running the game off of it. Read speeds are as high as 5000 and write speeds up to 4400. Yeah, I probably should've clarified what kind of SSD.
The game looks and runs great to me, until I install a DCH driver. So I'm using the standard 472.12 driver, 2080 TI, 32GB RAM, NVME SSD, The Extreme preset, using and I get about 75FPS steady. The driver version the game asks for is only availbe in DCH, and for me DCH drivers have caused issues like this since they were introduced. I actually came here looking for a way to disable the driver check because of these problems. If It's SSD, what kind of SSD, and what model? Also what are the read speeds?
